Over 1000 pages produced by multiple departments over many years was evaluated, disected, cataloged, and reorganized into user-tested categories for a brand new and vastly improved user interface. In addition, a custom publishing solution was provided, allowing the Santa Clara Valley Water District to build and maintain their own website.
